Managing large inventory

When you have a lot of products, it can be easier to update the rules and configuration of your items in bulk.

Exporting your products to CSV

On your main product list page, you'll see a "3 dot" menu on the top right.

1. Click this link to open the CSV export modal
2. You will use the "Import CSV" option once you've made the changes to the downloaded CSV file.

1. Leave "Import template" option selected, this will include the configuration data from your products that you can change. The other option "Repricing" can be used if you're not auto-repricing with Price Guard and you just want to export the suggested prices.
2. If you have some filters set on your product list, this will restrict the data that's exported to just those matching your active filter settings. Otherwise your full list of products will be exported.
3. The next two options can be helpful in helping you decide price settings etc. when working on the CSV file. They don't affect any import data.
4. Now download the CSV file.

Importing your updated CSV

Select (2) "Import CSV" option here.

1. Choose your modified CSV file to import back into Price Guard.
2. Click this button to start the upload.

That's it, your product changes will now be imported and updated in the background.
