Competitor approval

When new competitor items are found, you need to approve each one before your item will be repriced against it.

Optional feature

This is an optional feature for when you want a higher level of control over which items you reprice against. In most cases this feature won't be enabled.

When to use competitor approval

When you want complete control over which competitor items should affect your price.

Enabling competitor approval

Go to the "Repricing" tab in your account preferences.

Select the approval option that suits. You can require approval on all of your items, or just items matched by keywords. The second option will automatically approve items matching the UPC.
Here you can exclude all items from specific competitors.

Moderating the items

When you have pending items needing moderation, you will see an indicator in the menu.

For each item on that page, click either the to include the item, or the to exclude the item.

If you change your mind on an item or you just want to see the previous selections, you can go to the "Approval history" page.

When viewing the sample results for an item, you can exclude items there as well.
